Excellent place to stay, bed very comfortable, everywhere exceptionally clean, asked for a fan in the room and top sheet all provided. The only thing I would say is the bath towels are rather small and because of the location by the main road the traffic

TV not working, lack of towels every morning, aircondition system not cooling, just heating, and no information from fire alarm drill and the staff did not take control of the situation. Very disappointing stay!!

Simple and clean hotel. Be treated to traditional japanese stay!

Clean, if fairly bare-bones

I had some small issues with cleanliness--there was some sort of ashy smudge on the bathroom wall and some hair on the carpet. Otherwise the room was quite nice. Shuttle was convenient.

This hotel is very good, clean, near Subway station and can by walk to Gangnam area.

This 3 star hotel is value for money. Good location, good staffs, fast wifi.
