Location, room decoration and staff

Excellent location, room is small but clean and comfortable, and surprising quiet (considering it is in front of tram station and next to shopping arcade). Convenient store and fast food outlet on the ground floor of the hotel building.

Close to Lourdes pilgrimage, fast check-in / check-out, budget hotel.

Comfortable accomodation WIFI an issue

It is the perfect location to reach for the train Station, only one Minute from the Station.

We were upgraded on arrival to the hotel by Sean the front of house manager, who couldn't have been more helpful. Hotel is central and the staff were very warm and friendly! Would certainly recommend!

I love the view when we have breakfast in every morning. The hotel was clean and enough space.
