Booked two rooms with three small children. Simply put, the rooms were dirty and $450 per night could not justify. Our first impressions were "OMG - the bed looks very awful and discomfit". For the two night we stayed, we enjoyed shopping around

Staff, cleanliness, quiet

Near the station and close to tourist attractions.

I am a regular visitor to 4 and 5 star hotels. Where do I start..... I couldn't get into my room until 4pm, no fridge in the room, no complementary water, breakfast doesn't start until 7am, about 9 tv channels, tv needed tuned, only bbc world news

Great location, bathroom and toilets are very clean, friendly staff, the room is slightly small and rundown, but it was good value for money considering all other factors.

These places are value for money for a couple but for 1 I find them still too expensive. The direct competitor with the bird as its emblem has better value, with early booking, if it is a recently built facility, because they have not been worn out by y
