Great value for money and in quite location. Breakfast was great

Unimpressed. Possibly the worst accommodation I've had in Wellington. The atrium side rooms are so noisy - all day and night people talking, doors slamming, music playing. Almost impossible to sleep. Microwave was broken and the bed was uncomfortable.

Great location (a block from subway) and wonderful Japanese breakfast. The room is clean and neat, and the staff were friendly.

An interesting common life view of Paris.

Small inn-like hotel. Rooms were small but clean and alright if you don't plan to spend a lot of time in-room. Convenient location near shopping, food and entertainment in Shinjuku but a good 10min or more walk from the nearest train station.
