Staff exellent friendly and courteous very clean reception area was very usefull

comfortable, convenience, cleaness

Though not located in the central part of the Sapporo, it is still easy to get to the central part of Sapporo easily via bus. The hotel also provides free bus transport from its APA hotel at Susukino after 1830 hrs.

The room was tiny, far too small for me and my girlfriend. At around 140 euro a night i would expect a bigger space, there was almost no room for my suitcase. Furthermore the bed was very hard and uncomfortable, we booked for 2 nights but cut our stay sho
