Got stuck because of French strike and cancelled flight. Reception staff very helpful phoning for flight rebooking on the French 'help number' provided. Patient and knowledgable. God breakfast and v clean rooms.

The people who stayed opposite me kept on banging their door early in the morning. It was so loud the 2 days I stayed I was forced to wake up around 7am. There is no elevator, so travelers with heavy luggages have to rethink of staying here. If you are un

Good facilities in beautiful grounds, the Britannia Suite is one of best facilities for larger weddings in Coventry and we were very well looked after during the day

The exit nearest to this hotel is quite far from the main lines/shinkansen, but once you get out it's quite near. The breakfast was good and the rooms were clean and cosy.
