with proximity to some scenic spots; quite a lot of small restaurants nearby which are good for breakfast, lunch or dinner; yet price is a bit too expensive but as expected with the famous branding

A very warm welcome from Tim who even gave us a tour of the hotel. The atmosphere was very relaxing and the staff were very attentive to all our needs.

the rooms were very dated and stank of smoking ,carpets well worn and air con not working properly

The location is excellent with pretty good service standard. The breakfast is very good. However, the price is too high for a city hotel without meals provided (dinner).

Bed is comfortable. I like the good sized bath tub. Consistent hot water.

The door of our room was left open after it was cleaned. Approached the staff, and was met with a nonchalant attitude and not a single apology.
