I thought the staff were lovely and the hotel was lovely. I had a beautiful view of Loch Ness and the castle. The food was good but my only suggestion would be better wait staff for serving dinner. I loved the quaintness of the hotel and my room

Room was tiny but the amenity was sufficient and we liked staying here. Don't mind staying again in the future. I made a booking at the last minute and it was pricy.

The room is tidy and neat. The traffic is very easy, walking to the metro only need 3 min. And the location is near the opera and the shopping mall.
