Location is OK. Staff could be more effective if they can speak English. The room is cramp considering the price.

Small room. Requested for a bed but gave us twin bed. Room is old. Wifi is not free of charge at the price we are paying. Advise not to book this hotel. There are many better hotels in queenstown.

Great hotel location with Kawaguchiko lake view, there is Lawson shop next to the hotel, really nice. The food also superb! Here you can enjoy Onsen with the lake view both inside and outside. The room is clean and good condition with all facilities neede
