Fantastic location, walking distance to Albert Dock, Liverpool One, Mersey Waterfront etc. Room was a bit cramp, but still had excellent and brand new amenities and furniture. Excellent front desk staff who were very helpful

We booked it very last minute as we had to make urgent travel plans. We didnt get to the hotel till gone midnight as our flight was late. We had informed the hotel of our late arrival during the booking process. The guy at the front desk was not very frie

On 12th/April Housekeeping dud not clean iur room after 4.0pm. We informed the receptionist to clean our room. The receptionist asded if we hang any notic outsidw tge door. We said yes. Pls put " Clean the room " hanger. The receptionist said.

Very nice design and hotel, nice location, a bit expensive.... breakfast is impressive of two choices at two different location, but would prefer buffet style.
