Three excellent things - the staff were friendly and helpful - they couldn't do enough for us throughout our stay, the hotel was kept exceptionally clean (and smelt amazing too!), very comfortable bed

Great hotel for a quick stopover . Staff helpful and rooms clean and comfortable . Parking available for £12 per stay. Close to Heathrow but never hear the sound of the planes . There is a "hopper" bus to the airport too.

It has a beautiful and breathtaking view of the lake. Relatively near the town centre. Staff were friendly.

Everything was good about this hotel except that they tried to pin a $20 charge for having 3 people in our group. Aside from booking a double bed room with a separate single bed, my booking was for 3 adults, so the extra charge didn't make sense. Th

Nice modern spacious room, handy off M54, quiet, stayed here several times, "continental" breakfast is a bit thin if you've ever stayed in (for example) Germany but it's still pretty decent.
