Rooms are okay but in need of a little face-lift. The bathrooms are in bad need of a face-lift.

We get upgrade the room for free from Akaroa Cottages.. Thanks for your treat.. :) We stayed for 9 days in south island, we stayed in 4 accomodations within 9 days, but this cottages has the best view.. We still remember the view from sandyford..

Kind but unreachable staffs. Perfect items with much dirts.

Hotel is just in front exit of train station at Princes St. The hotel interior is fine only it is under renovation so entry is quite amusing.

Location, food and cleanliness

Great location, with train, subway, mall, restaurant.

Airport shuttle and near airport for a night stop-over

The way the staff deal with you reminds you that you are in a 5 star hotel .. Everything was just excellent .. I'm out of words!

Value for money! It's a last min booking and we are happy to get it at a good price!
