Clean as expected

Have to pay extra to swim. Very expensive but nice.

rooms were very clean,the staff were all friendly and helpful, and close to Metro stations

i was given the quietest room. at the back on the very top. i didn't hear doors banging. it really was very quiet. ii could see a corner of the arche de triomphe. this hotel badly needs a concierge. tiny reception area with the one person very buzy

I find the location superb. After getting off at susukino sta take the exit going to pole town then take the escalator to exit and fo up the tanukikoji shopping/dining area. There's a family mart at the corner and lots of small resrtaurants nearby. O
