Great location and staff were very helpful throughout our stay. Very good breakfast. Some aspects of this fine old building and decor could do with a bit of a refresh however.

No workout room or swimming pool. A bit pricy, but not out of the common in downtown Tokyo. Excellent location across from the main train station in Tokyo. Stayed here twice in room 1324 and 1024. Although 1024 was non smoking, it had a smoke smell. Great

They didn't even have a toothbrush ready in the bathroom so we should ask them to bring us. The next day we didn't have the little face towel neither. Shampoo and the soap weren't replaced. No refrigerator in the room but had a space under the

The service was fantastic, as was the way that the hotel coped with near full capacity - they seemed to manage it seamlessly.

What a great value for money. The hotel staff was amazing and so helpful. I especially would like to thank Noemi, which fulfilled all our wishes (higher floor, nice view etc.). Even a small birthday present was prepared for my mum. Thank you so much.
