The rooms need some work, painting and such, but over all you pay for what you get. The bed is very comfortable, and it's super close to the station.

Location

If you want itty bitty with barely enough room to turn around, this is the place. The breakfast buffet was bland but clean. The hotel is in a quiet district and near Suitengumae station. I won't stay there again but it was passable.

Ambience is great. The staff are endlessly helpful. Rooms very well presented and well maintained. The fine dining restaurant was excellent - if just a touch pricey.
