we stayed 1 night as we arrive late at night. friendly staff and room is clean

This was the worst night sleep I have had in a hotel. The Windows rattle in the frame so all through the night was a constant banging. The hotel is old and not maintained. Ceilings are dirty, air conditioning units in ceiling of dining room need cleaning

The hotel is suitable for someone who wants to stay over near the airport. The hotel has good facilities and good location.

Room is too small especially the bathroom. A 6 ft man would probably won't fit in the tub. Too expensive probably for the size of the room but if you are looking for a perfect location in Kyoto, this is probably one you can choose. It is 6 mins walk f
