Very disappointing for such a brand. Rooms were very small, service was abysmal. They wouldn't bring a pair of scissors to the room and said I had to go to the front desk and use the scissors there.

The place was nice and clean. A little on the old English style but it adds to the charm. There's a kitchen that you can use if needed, and the pub is just downstairs so easy to go for a drink as well. It closes early (around 10pm) so no noise issue.

Location is good, but hotel is a little bit too old.
