They really were very nice and helpful. I was traveling on business except for a few days of playing tourist in Kyoto. The was a delightful find and nice rest as well as being in walking distance of temples and other interesting sites to see.

You're an Asian, consider other hotels. The staffs are very unkind,specially to Asians. They replace towels not every day but every two days. Even, they yelled to me when I requested to replace the towels day after the day. They seriously ignore Asian

It was a triple room. V clean and tidy. Location was fantastic with tower and river close by. Metro station right across the street. Main tourist sites easily reached. Transport to airport v straight forward too. Recommend it!
