Good location, a short walking distance to the town centre. The place is very clean with full kitchen facilities. I do recommend!

Staff cleanness location

Very close to bus stop, 15mins to Ueno station by walking. They clean up rooms everyday and carefully, however room at 1F smells like too much disinfectent.

Attentive staff. Relaxing atmosphere. Hotel superbly maintained.

Having car parking facilities, being central & close to public transport

Our room was huge. Enough to fit us, a pushchair, a cot and a playmat for our 6 month old with more than enough space to walk around. The staff couldn't do enough. The only thing that was a little annoying was that all doors around the reception area

This hotel was good, all service and facility was good. But hotel location was too far from anywhere. If you want to go to convenience store you have to walk about 30min, so 1hr to go and back. And it also far from another building or local house.
