very good location which near to JR train station, breakfast are value for money. Staff are helpful

We enjoyed the decor, breakfast was great. The area seems a bit run down, however its filled with Cafes and restaurants. The Big bus has a new Blue route that comes relatively near the area (Pigalle Metro station). Staff was fantastic and helpful.

Very noisy room at back of hotel on ground floor adjacent to busy side street with a pub just a few metres from my window. Woken several times by people right outside my window. Floors very squeaky and walls paper thin so felt like I was sharing with occu

Location was excellent, providing sheltered access to Kyoto Station within walking distance. For the triple room we stayed in, it was really a little too cramped though.

Surprisingly friendly staff, for a Pairs hotel. Great location. Decent breakfast.
