Alight at Otsu station, exit - look for Hotel sign/name, which is in Japanese, next to station. Friendly staffs. Restaurant at reception level, serves nice and reasonably price Japanese food, but closes by 9pm.

Room is clean, location is very good. But wifi is not free, so it is very suitable for biz traveler

The hotel was near the Metro which was nice. It was also very quiet and they gave us new towels every day. If you have business in the area it is a great place to stay. It is also centrally located to get to all the sights if need be.

Although centally situated it was quiet, and the staff were friendly & helpful
