Late check in and early check out, the room was quite big and clean. I ordered a single room, but they offered me twin room, very quiet everywhere. They have a big hot spring, if I have a chance I would like to try there as well. Hotel offers free shuttle

It was really nice to stay at Phill's place. We enjoyed the nice surroundings, walking options and the bike tour to Rabbit Island. Phill is a very nice host who makes his best to accommodate our needs. The breakfast was really good as well as the food

good location, room is big and comfortable

With this price not worth at all, paid USD$110 per night stay. Room small, no room cleaning at all, empty own rubbish and rubbish has to walk 40m to throw, no extra rubbish bags provided. If dirty room when check out has to pay a fine. Check out time 11am
