friendly staff, good price

The location is easy to go around Tokyo since it's nearly the subway.

Hotel was nice but we must pay for pool

Just came for the 1 night as we were going to Manchester Arena for a concert. Ideal location

Clean and not far from centre of happenings. No onsite parking and no unloading areas either which makes it difficult to unload luggages. Some of the staffs did not speak fluent English and might came across as slightly rude.

very unfriendly front desk and non of them know english and worse experience ever.

Im happy enough that there was an iron n a hair dryer in the room. :)
