A morning shift lady was nice n helpful. The man was rude and the night shift lady was grumpy. Taxi always get lost due to the number stop at 40 the opposite park continue w no 11a 11b 37 39 41. I would not recommend this place and will never stay there a

Over looking the 18th at St Andrews helped by great staff is quite an experience

Convenient location, can ve reached by tram and bus from airport. Nearby conveniences and close to key attractions

Comfortable and clean. Most of amenties and services of 5star experience. A little pricey in dining in options. Lacks personalised touches though and staff a little aloof. In room amenities not especially generous....e.g only a few teabags..and no coffee.

Location was great as its near the airport. Staff were friendly. Could not use any hotel facilities because of no membership. Very little food shops open around the horel, only at night. Not worth the money.
