This was the worst night sleep I have had in a hotel. The Windows rattle in the frame so all through the night was a constant banging. The hotel is old and not maintained. Ceilings are dirty, air conditioning units in ceiling of dining room need cleaning

I like the complimentary ramen at night!

Hotel was ok, stayed there 2 different times in a week due to its location in proximity to the Earl's Court Tube Station. First room A/C struggled to cool the room. Second room A/C worked just fine.

We just wanted to escape for the day , amazing service , staff were very warm welcoming and the evening meal was five star I highly recommend staying here

Handy to Public transport, very pretty area, room was clean and staff were helpful.

The room is small but i really like mystays chain hotel management. The room is not really big but it is very clean. We took the double room which is bigger than small double room. The bed is very comfortable. The location is only 10 minutes walking to jr
