We were disappointed at the facilities as two power points did not work. The toilet leaked and you got wet feet. There was no where to wash up dishes. The exterior stairs were mouldy and slippery when wet. Also no exterior lighting on the stairs.

Helpful and nice staff. Big room and comfortable, good location of Odori. I will stay here again next time!

The funniest thing was a whole in the middle of my desk, covered up with the "rules & regulations" notice of the hotel. The room itself was a bit tired, facing out onto a courtyard of some kind, full with operations equipment.

Front Desk team was very friendly to assist evethough we checked in at midnight. Very helpful.
