Helpful and courteous staff,very clean hotel,great location

We had lots of plans for our trip to London, so we just needed a place to sleep. The place was better than expected, nice beds and an decent bathroom. The staff was friendly and helpfull. There was a train station nearby and with only 25 min. to Liverpool

Location, Breakfast, Kind staff.

On arrival, we upgraded our claustrophobic regular room to a luxury suite and have been happy ever since. It was large and light with an excellent bathroom. Staff were friendly and helpful. It has been our best accommodation in London so far. We stayed 11
