There is a convenient store just opposite that sells most things you may need. This hotel also gives free noodles at night and free coffee available near the lobby in the morning which is a big plus before we head out each morning.

The hotel staff were warm and friendly, the beds were very comfortable, breakfast spread was good - all of which made our stay very comfortable.

The only good thing about your hotel is the location. Breakfast is poor. You need to offer more variety as we have found in other locations in Britain as well as in France and Italy. The room we had was no where near as modernly appointed as the ones you

Why can't you lower the temp to below 20 C? It was too hot in the room at night and sometimes the A/C did not work well. The buffet was good, and service was good, but why do we have to ask for ice? Why not put an ice machine on each floor? The shower
