Rooms always clean our second stay Staff a bit cold need to work on the greetings Also people were getting annoyed paying £6 a night parking that should have been included in overall price

we had a suite, it was huge. The staff were all super friendly always saying hello have and good day.

All the essentials covered and nothing more. Simple, however rooms are quite smaller compared to other hotels.

If you book this like i did and ask to reduce the days they will say you can get a refund only if you give 2 days notice prior to the early leave date to which I did. They did not give a refund and AGODA tried getting a refund however Hotel Abest "do
