Greeting was personal, check in very efficient, rooms all lovely, the only criticism I'd have is that the bathroom floor seemed slightly tacky. Friuit, water chocolates in room lovely. Views (Room 6) great. Bed linen, pillows and bed all very good. Lo

All one could expect from a small hotel but with the benefit of superb food in the restaurant, & for visiting football fans, not a bad pop-up fan zone which could have been made better with access to pay TV so all games were available for guests which
