This was the worst start to my daughters 18th birthday Europe vacation with me. We arrive to no valet/concierge. We had to drag our own bags to the room. The room was dated with very old furnishings, the bathroom shower had yellow stains at the base. The

I agree with other travelers' reviews. It meets all your basic needs. The bed was comfortable, the deep tub was nice for taking long baths.

Bathroom was a small pre-fab construction. Room was very small with no closet. Recent construction and management change over still in progress.

We visit Nice for short breaks and holidays about three times a year, most of our time would be spent in the old town/ beach area and this hotel is ideally located within walking distance of both, Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and rooms were
