The location was in mayfair
within 5 star hotel There was no spa!!!!???
It was Unbelievable.
The kitchen inside room was nothing inside the fridge only bottle of water and charge £6 for small water it is so much and not expected at all.
Despite the fact that I had to wait almost an hour to check in because they couldn't find my reservation in the system, the facility and the location were fine.

The staff were very friendly and I was very happy when they changed my booking for me due to an illness. The hotel was very convenient to the airport. The room was modern, clean and the beds very comfortable. I would definetly stay here again.
