      It takes some time to look for the hotel from New Street Station. For those who would like to stay in this hotel. Birmingham Snow Hill may be nearer.

      Initial room was very small with virtually no wardrobe space and as we had pd for executive room I returned to reception immediately. Staff on desk did confirm it was exec room however as I did not find this acceptable we were moved to a lovely room with
