Good comfortable room with no traffic or other guest noise intrusion...maybe just lucky with room location. Only ate breakfasts in restaurant but great friendly attentive staff and super choice .
Accidentally booked this one when I was trying to book the one across from Tokyo station (which is way better). Restaurant was decent, but the hotel needs to be renovated and the rooms were pretty average.
Not a good hotel, i would avoid or use as last option. I checked in and checked out within 10 minutes and asked for a refund. This hotel is not good but the staff were helpful. Both lifts were broken and my room was on the 5th floor and i was never going
