Location. Friendly Staff, Close to Everything

Near from subway station, america mura, shinsaibashi suji, family mart. I will come back again. Thank you to hotel nikko osaka

It's convenient for those who has no time to shop but needs to bring back some goodies. Downside is they close at 9pm. Location not too bad, but not very near to the station especially if you're first time there. Require some navigation.

Dirty n staff are not well trained

The staff were efficient, friendly and helpful despite the hotel being fully booked; the room was spotless, comfortable, well appointed and quiet.; wifi available.
