      Rooms were clean and tidy , large double bed as upgraded and view from 702 was great overlooking the shard , one slight issue £23for breakfast a little steep when you can get it for 4.65 over the road at Keepers

      We stayed at this hotel during a long international layover. There is a convenient shuttle, friendly staff, and a great restaurant. I would highly recommend to those passing through Narita.

      Summer is a busy period and staff wasn't too friendly. The gym was locked and other services like toiletries and cleaning were minimal. Otherwise, location was excellent amd convenient!
