light need to repair, always no hot water when shower

Lots of little things went wrong in my stay. Also the room was not that comfortable with no comfortable to chair to watch TV which was too far away to watch in bed; also the duvets were small and not good quality. It is still a good place to stay.

Great location especially if the focus of your visit to Sedan was the castle. The hotel was perfect because we knew we would be arriving a bit later and needed a place that was easy to access and had parking. The restaurant in the hotel was good value fo

Nice room with lovely view, breakfast and staff

The staff were excellent. Showed us 3 rooms for our choice, supplied hair dryer, Rooms basic but very clean and fresh towels each day

Clean, had air con,reception very polite spoke english and made conversation

I stayed at this hotel for two days. I must state that I stayed in this property several times even before it changes its name from Holiday Inn Express. The hotel has been renovated, the room is clean and bright. The staff speak English and friendly.

Location is great but the staff was rude. Hotel sunroute ariake has comparable prices but outstanding service! Just a block away. Hotel sunroute was much cleaner!!
