Location, cleanliness and value for money

only problem was, no remote for the TV, yet in the morning at 7.30am, the TV came alive waking me well before I planned! otherwise, comfortable...and friendly, helpful staff

We stayed in room 123, the room is very hot and AC did not work. Some of the bathroom fittings were dirty! There is no where to put your makeup or toiletries so I had to lay them out all on the ground- bit of a pain ! Room was ok otherwise - bed comfy an

When I booked this inn, I understood the location would not be excellent and I accepted it. However, the front desk staff here were generally below average standard in Japan, without smile and initiative to help customers.
