Utmost luxury hotel at every single details from bath room to mini bar. I stayed so long time ago I found Shilla hotel made extreme makeover. We can say 6 star hotel in disguise as 5 star. Staff look so formal and more men than women. You may feel secured

Mercure Ginza is a bit old hotel, but it doesnt matter because it got everything we need. The room was clean, although not too big. The hotel provides everything we need. Mini market just across the street and mcdonalds just 1 minute walking distance.

I stayed here while exploring the city. Easy walking to most museums etc, felt very safe and was clean and in good condition. Very thin walls however meant it was noisy (could hear the couple in the next room!). Someone vacuuming late at night. The room w
