Front desk staff wasn't too helpful especially when I needed help with taxi and drink

I was stayin with my friends in the hotel for one night. Reception is really helpful and the hotel is really clean. Will stay there if I visit again! :)

Romantic Castle for couples with fantastic atmosphere ; Nice food but non-professional staff by the restaurant.

Very close to Paddington and Hyde park. The hotel is clean in general, but the room is super small can barely open 2 big luggages at the same time. The lift is small and very slow.
