We booked to stay three nights at the hotel with a triple room to cater for our 4 year old son. The first night, without any form of heating, the room temperature was 27 degrees celcius. Outside it was 12 degrees. The hotel had already provided a fan whic

Lovely room but too warm, no opening windows and air con not working.

Got our room at noon although check in time was 2pm. Excellent housekeeping - not an item or necessity missed out daily. Tips all left untaken. Hope it would become acceptable for guest to show appreciation by leaving an inexpensive gift as appreciation.

Central to everything, pleasant staff

Location was terrific. Roomier than most Paris hotel rooms.

The only downside was the A/C was terrible, we were very uncomfortable. Other wise, good stay.
