The staff are ectremely helpful and polite. The location is close to Eiffel Tower, 10 minutes walk. Not an area full of tourists, gives a good idea of local life in Paris.
Was slightly worried due to bad reviews on the crash pads but was pleasantly surprised ! Room was small but that was expected was suitable for our needs no complaints whatsoever
