Staff very helpful. Good choice of food. Not expensive at the bar.. My Only criticism was the breakfast was expensive but against the room rate still worked out cheaper the its competitors

You're an Asian, consider other hotels. The staffs are very unkind,specially to Asians. They replace towels not every day but every two days. Even, they yelled to me when I requested to replace the towels day after the day. They seriously ignore Asian

Great location, good sized rooms and the onsite staff were very helpfull

Expected much better generally from a 4* hotel, it was scruffy poorly served

clean, friendly staff but it is hard to find.

The only downside is the quite noisy heater since eI have been there in a cold winter. So noisy that it's difficult watching movies on TV.
