we booked a triple room with breakfast. the lady who checked us in said no bf was included. upon showing her our booking confirmation she said she would check and inform us later. a call came through pretty soon to our room informing us to pick up the bf

When you check-in, staff will prepare the welcome refreshment(green tea and sweets(okasi)). There is spa in top level of building for customers. And you can experience Japanese style hotel(ryokan) with Tadami room. We book the room only and add the breakf

The hotel was majestic from the outside, and even more so on the inside. The floor creaks in some parts which gives us a sense of the history and age of the building. Service staff was friendly.
