This is a very old hotel, toilet is really old, and everything including all the furniture is very old

Room too small although for 3 person, only give 2 towels, no welcome coffee, no toiletries, no water kettle, located far from any public transport like bus or metro or tram. Next to highway to Mont Blanc. Hotel phone number not as per advertisement. Staff

Staff were incredibly helpful - we wanted to get luggage delivered by courier and they translated the destination into Japanese for us and could not have been more patient and willing to help.

Small boutique hotel, great atmosphere.

Good location (close to Kanda station). Quiet and clean. Breakfast OK. Staff nice even if they don't always understand english.

only problem was, no remote for the TV, yet in the morning at 7.30am, the TV came alive waking me well before I planned! otherwise, comfortable...and friendly, helpful staff

My partner made a request call to the hotel to have room set up for our anniversary. The staff answered yes, however when we checked in, there is no room being set up. Instead the heater is broken and we need to change our room at 1 AM in the morning.
