capacity, centrally located, affordable price

The area is great but the hotel is shabby. Not good value for money at all. I first room was above a bar so asked to be moved the room was next to lift which was incredibly noisy. The rooms well both pokey and bed uncomfortable.

Biggest complaint is that we were put into a smoking room, didn't even realize hotels still have smoking rooms these days. It absolutely reeked of tobacco smell, even found a full ashtray of used cigarette butts in the bathroom that the cleaning staff

Good standard, excellent location close to Iidabashi JR and Suidobashi subway. Excellent eating options in vicinity.

I had to pay for an upgrade to get a room with air-conditioning and a fridge. The upgraded room was compact but fine though I wonder what the originally booked standard room was like. Can't fault the location.
