Location, friendly staff, room clean

Great location, efficient checkin and checkout, right by the croisette

near the stores, Eiffel Tower and train station. Staff are very polite and accommodating.

This hotel is in a great location but it needs to be completely renovated. Our suite of rooms were tired and not in the main hotel. This was noticeably on a very wet and windy weekend.

Shown in agoda that it was a non-smoking room but when I booked a room it became smoking. I leave a special message to make sure that it has to be non smoking room but nothing happened. It's still smoking room and we couldn't change our room becau

clean, bed was comfortable, best pillows ever, central, good sound proof so beeing in the centre of auckland was fantastic,

Spacious room, near to self-laundry shop, near to Eiffel, LV, Ard De Triomphe. Must let the hotel know if you bring children because they are not allowed to stay in their deluxe room. Family with children must stay at their excutive room with extra Euro20
