The buffet and hot spring were great. There was no crib available for our one year old son, he also was charged ¥1600 per day to stay.

This hotel is situated in a good location 20 minute walk from Royal Albert Hall and handy for underground station. However, we encountered problems with people in neighbouring room and we were not impressed and didn't feel the staff took our complaint

The location in the 'new' sector of the city meant that it was quiet at night but still within walking distance of the centre. Restaurants were nearby as well as an interesting market during the day where fresh foods an could be bought and the kitc

The hotel is under re-construction. I stayed in a newer room, which was well-fitted and relatively clean. Staff are not the most friendliest or most pleasant.
