Location room and parking

Biggest complaint is that we were put into a smoking room, didn't even realize hotels still have smoking rooms these days. It absolutely reeked of tobacco smell, even found a full ashtray of used cigarette butts in the bathroom that the cleaning staff

Good value for quality modern apartment away from the cheap motels of the city

Right beside Rotorua Lake, value for money, overlooking a canal

Location, friendliness, cleanliness, ambiance, 24 hour bar

Breakfast Bed location

Small room. Requested for a bed but gave us twin bed. Room is old. Wifi is not free of charge at the price we are paying. Advise not to book this hotel. There are many better hotels in queenstown.

Despite the fact that I only stayed her for one night, I was very pleased. Will come back.
