overall pleasant stay , located just beside the railway station exit, very convenient. efficient and helpful staffs, our family room was decent sized , clean , complete with amenities, strategically located. we will stay again if we visit Osaka

Check in to this hotel with clear understanding on hotel policy to have security deposit but the staff was not professional. I am tired already after 6hrs driving and could not tolerate such non sense statement from hotel staff.

Location, many places to eat and easy access to airport

Room is spacious and comfortable with fantastic views. Would return to this place anytime in the future if I ever return to Paris.

No desk in my room 503. Poor electrical outlets for charging lap tops, phones and boiling water. Plumbing rather old fashioned, particularly wasting water to get hot water and difficulty to move water from bath to shower.
